typetwo is a 30g carb mix at a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio with added sodium.
Add water or whatever drink you like, shake for 15 seconds, and you are ready to go.

Key Ingredients
Maltodextrin
Your fast carb. Long glucose chains your gut absorbs quickly through the SGLT1 pathway.
Fructose
Fructose uses a second absorption pathway (GLUT5). That's what lets you push past the 60g/hour ceiling most single-carb gels hit, without the stomach revolt.
Xanthan powder
A small amount of natural thickener so the mix doesn't separate in your flask and goes down smooth. No chalky texture or clumping in your throat when you're breathing hard.
Salt

It's literally just malto and fructose in a predefined ratio, I don't get why it took so long for someone to sell it premixed.

Better than making them at home
Been making my own gels for two years because gels are too expensive. This one works and is actually as cheap as my own gels, but without the need for cooking.
